Terms of Sale
The TVR Wedge Pages is dedicated to your satisfaction, with this in mind the products that have been selected for sale are done so with quality, durability and value for money in mind.

Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply click on the BUY IT NOW button on the right of the desired item. This will bring up a page detailing exactly how to order the product you wish to purchase. Please follow the ordering instructions on the page then total your order (not forgetting to add the postage & packing), fill in your address details and then send the order off to us in the post along with your payment. Payment
At present the TVR Wedge Pages SHOP is not hosted on a secure domain server therefore, no web based or online credit card type transactions are catered for (although this may be an option in the future). At present however we only accept personal / company cheques or UK postal money orders. Please make these payable to: Mr. S. J. Davis

Delivery
We strive to maintain stock levels sufficient to fulfill your order at all times. We normally send out the goods by first class Royal Mail post after the funds have cleared in our bank. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of the required item, it may take us a further 7 to 14 days to re-stock. We will inform you of this when we receive your order.

Orders paid for by cheque should take no longer than 7 to 10 business days to dispatch from the initial receipt of order. Unfortunately we have to wait for the cheque to clear before dispatching the goods. Please note that non UK International orders may take a little longer to be delivered and have an increased shipping charge.

Cancellation of Order / Returns
Faulty goods. We pride ourselves on your satisfaction and that the goods we supply are of a very high standard and are 'fit for purpose', for your added peace of mind we therefore offer a no-quibble quality guarantee. Goods found to be faulty can always be returned to us unused if found to be defective on recipt of the goods. To return the unused goods, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item with all accessories (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

When returning goods we respectfully recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for your own peace of mind. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the UK's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the order for the purchase of any item up to seven days after the day you received the goods. A refund will be issued within thirty days of cancellation. This applies to all our products.

When cancelling an order, please enclose a note with the returned goods, giving the reason for the return as "Order Cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to the address above. Again, for your own peace of mind, we recommend that you use a recorded postal service. You must return the goods at your cost or a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.

We do not store any of this information and we do not disclose or pass on your information to any third parties or company. We also will not use your contact details to send out marketing information of any kind.
